3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
With your consent, SparkleClean sends text (SMS) messages related to your bookings and, for cleaning professionals, job offers and assignments. By providing your phone number on our booking form or cleaner registration form, you agree to receive these messages.
- Types of messages: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, cleaner assignment notifications, job offers, and check-in reminders.
- Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your activity and bookings.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-out: you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and no further texts, unless you opt back in.
- Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase: you are not required to agree to receive marketing texts in order to book a cleaning service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share phone numbers only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages (for example, our SMS provider), strictly to operate the messaging program.
4. How We Share Information
