These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SparkleClean website and services. SparkleClean ("SparkleClean," "we," "us," or "our") provides residential cleaning services in the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area. By using our website, booking a service, or registering as a cleaning professional, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

SparkleClean connects customers with independent cleaning professionals for one-time, weekly, or monthly residential cleaning appointments. When you book, we schedule your appointment and match it with an available professional in your area. We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable, high-quality service, but specific results may vary depending on the condition and size of your home.

2. Bookings & Scheduling

  • When you submit a booking, you confirm that the information you provide (including your address, contact details, and home details) is accurate.
  • Appointment times are offered subject to availability and may be adjusted based on cleaner availability in your service area.
  • We will send you a confirmation and may follow up with reminders and updates about your appointment.
  • You agree to provide safe access to your home and a working environment for the assigned cleaning professional.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are based on the service type, home size, frequency, and any options you select at booking. Recurring plans may qualify for discounts.
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). You authorize us to charge your payment method for the services you book.
  • For recurring plans, you authorize ongoing charges for each scheduled cleaning until you cancel the plan.
  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change over time; any change will apply to future bookings.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule an appointment in advance in accordance with the cancellation policy presented during booking.
  • Cancellations made with insufficient notice, or no-shows where the cleaner cannot access your home, may be subject to a fee.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment when necessary (for example, due to safety concerns or cleaner availability), and we will work with you to find an alternative.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

With your consent, SparkleClean sends text (SMS) messages related to your bookings and, for cleaning professionals, job offers and assignments. By providing your phone number on our booking form or cleaner registration form, you agree to receive these messages and to the terms in this section.

  • Program description: SparkleClean sends account- and service-related text messages to customers and cleaning professionals.
  • Types of messages: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, cleaner assignment notifications, job offers, and check-in reminders.
  • Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your activity and bookings.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opt-out: you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and no further texts, unless you opt back in.
  • Help: reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
  • Carrier disclaimer: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase: you are not required to agree to receive marketing texts in order to book a cleaning service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share phone numbers only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages (for example, our SMS provider), strictly to operate the messaging program.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and timely access to your home.
  • Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or hazardous items before your appointment.
  • Treat cleaning professionals with respect and provide a safe environment.
  • Notify us promptly of any concerns so we can address them.

7. Cleaning Professionals

Cleaning professionals who apply or register through our platform agree to provide accurate profile and service information, to complete any required onboarding, and to perform assigned jobs professionally. Job offers and assignments may be communicated by email and text message.

8. Satisfaction & Concerns

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with a cleaning, please contact us promptly so we can work to make it right. Remedies may include rescheduling or addressing specific areas of concern, at our reasonable discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SparkleClean is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
